Sound Sleep is a state of having the bests of ones natural and periodic state of rest in which the persons consciousness of the world is totally suspended. Sound sleep is one of the best way of coming off stress. According to World Health Organisation (WHO), an average adult needs a minimum of eight hours of sleep daily.
