DO NOT LOOK DOWN ON ANYONE (THE CASE OF MUSTARD SEED)

It is glaringly evident that all seeds sprout and become larger plants, shrubs, or trees that bear larger fruits which in turn, contain more seeds. To me, the most amazing of all these seeds is that of mustard. It is one of the smallest seeds known and when planted, becomes one of the “largest and the most productive” plant in the world. That is not just the astonishing thing about the mustard seed: from the seed, Mustard sauce, table mustard – a pungent powder/paste, Mustard greens – a leaf eaten as cooked greens in many Asian countries, Mustard oil – an oil used for making soap, treating arthritis, common cold and rheumatism, Sinapism – a plaster containing black mustard powder applied to the skin as counterirritant are all gotten. In addition to these, The Mustard seed is the source of Mustard agent – a toxic gas that can be used as bio-chemical weapon in warfare due to the fact that it causes blisters on the skin and has no known antidote. I will not be attributing this scenario to the "you sow little you get large" and "you reap whatever you sow" sayings but “looking down on people”. Before you look down on anyone because of their status in any ramification of life – finance, knowledge, physical, social or mental – bear it in mind all plant lives, especially mustard, begin as a seed that is one of the smallest particles known and later sprout to shrubs or trees that produce the most useful of things ever. Bear it in mind also that the greatest of men to ever lived in the planet – Martin Luther King (Jnr), Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, Mohammed Ali, Malcolm X, Edson Arantes do Nascimento (Pele), Michael Jackson, were all once egg cells and did not have it smooth during their toddlerhood days. It does not matter whatever anyone is today, no one knows what they are capable of pulling up tomorrow; tomorrow might be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday but no one knows the exact events of tomorrow. So, do not look down on anyone for any reason!
