YOUR RELIGION

According to the Wordweb English dictionary and thesaurus, religion is an institution used to express belief in a divine power.
Connotatively, religion is the belief in God/gods, and the various activities that are connected with them.

Religion-wise, taking a look at the world today, there are two widely accepted religion—Islam and Christianity.
According to historians, it is believed that Christianity was founded by Jesus Christ. That does not mean the truthful prophets—Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, Hezekiah, Isaiah—are not Christians. To be sincere, Christianity has been in existence since "times immemorial".
True Christians are identified by their conducts: they do not dress indescently, they are kind, honest, dependent, they are loyal to God.
Islam on the other hand is believed to have been founded by Muhammad (S.A.W) the great prophet. He (Muhammad) grew up in Arabia—Macca precisely. According to history, Muhammad was a good man even when he was once a pagan.
While on a trade trip northward, it was reported that a Christian prophet prophecised that Muhammad would be a prophet one day. During his life time as a Muslim, he preached oness, tolerance, Justice and fairness.  The people in Arabia were all pagans until the advent of Islam; Muhammad struggled a lot to make the Arabians accept Islam and at last—through the help of God—they accepted the religion.
True Muslims are tolerant, honest and loyal to God.

To me, taking a general look at the two widely accepted religion, there are two categories viz: "the religion between you and your God" and the second, "the religion between you, God and your fellow humans"
People who indulge in the first (Religion between you and God) category are the ones who believe they can do anything—including bad and awful things—to their fellow humans in the name of serving God. They are the ones hiding under religion to perpetrate evils like: killing, maiming, stealing public funds and the likes. They are anyone who call themselves Christian/Muslims and still perpetrate evils.
All terrorists, corrupt individuals, killers, thieves and the likes belong to this category.
Talking about the second category (Religion between you, God and fellow humans), the true Christians/Muslims belong to this group. They are the ones living a "Christ-like life"; they never perpetrate evils, they are sympathetic, they are kind, patient, remorseful when commit sins and ask God for forgiveness immediately, they are not just "Church/Mosque goers", they are benevolent and gracious.

So, to you reading this, yes you. I know you are a Christian or Muslim, probably any other religious worshipper; i want you to ask yourself: "Is my religion between me and God or between me, God and fellow humans? ". Keep the answer to yourself.
